We've tried to answer some of the more common questions we get asked about MoonShine Products, Ordering and Delivery below, if you can't find the answer you're looking for please contact us and we'' do our best to help.

Ordering

Q: Can I get a discount on my first order?

A: Yes, If you sign up to our mailing list at the bottom of the home page, you'll receive an email with a 20% discount code!

Q: Can I buy these from a local shop?

A: We have a number of stockists over the UK who you can visit to buy our products from. Visit our stockist page to see where they are

Q: Can I order over the telephone? 

A: We don't offer a telephone ordering service. But if you have any specific questions regarding ordering, You can either start a live chat or email us at Info@moon-shine.co.uk

Q: Can I choose my delivery date in advance?

A: You can specify on your order a date you'd like it delivered, However we can't guarantee with the courier it will be that exact day. But we will always try our best!

Q: Is your wheel cleaner safe on my wheels? 
A: Purge Wheel cleaner is safe to use on all painted and lacquered wheels. Do not use Purge on chrome or unpainted/ un-lacquered wheels.

Q: Can I use quick shine on a wrapped car?

A: Yes, Quickshine is safe to use on wrapped and paint protection filmed cars.

Q: I'm starting out and don't know what to buy?

A: We offer a starter kit for exactly this reason. It's a kit of our core 7 liquids which will get you started. You can also visit the MoonShine classroom for guides, tips and tricks or head to our Youtube channel and watch videos on how to use our products. They're all easy to use and will give you a great finish on your paint and interior!

Q: Do you offer a tester kit?

A: We're working to create a sample kit that can be brought to test our products before buying our bigger volumes.

Q: Are you looking for a refill?

A: We're working hard to get refill centres in place all across the UK. However, Until we have locations nationwide, you can refill your products at Re:Fuel Southwest which is open on the 3rd Sunday of every month. For more details on their event, visit www.re-fuel.co.uk

Q: What's sustainable about your products? 
A: We haven't compromised on the quality of the chemicals, they all pack a punch. We've focused on the packaging and the one-use throw away plastic bottles. All of our products are supplied in more sustainable packaging, be it glass or metal!

Q: Do you do Gift Vouchers?

A: Our gift vouchers are available from our online shop under merchandise and gift cards. These are available to purchase for £10. £25, £50 & £100

Shipping

Q: How long does the postage take?
A: We aim to have your products on your doorstep within 2 working days. Sometimes it's even faster! You can find further shipping details on the shipping page.

Q: How much is delivery?

A: Delivery costs are set at £3 for Air fresheners and Accessories and £5 for all liquid bottle products (qty does not change the price). If your order is over £40 in valve, you'll get free shipping.

Q: Do you deliver to the whole of the UK?

A: We ship everywhere in the UK mainland

Q: What if I'm not in when you deliver?

A: Our courier service is either Royal Mail or DHL. They will always leave you a "sorry we missed you" card and be able to advise when they will attempt redelivery. They may even leave it with a neighbour.

Q: How long will my delivery take?

A: Delivery is typically 2-3 days.

Q: Can I track my delivery?

A: With DHL, You will receive a tracking number which will inform you of your parcels delivery status and expected delivery time.

Q: My order has not arrived, what do I do?

A: If for any reason your order has not arrived within 5 working days, You should contact us at Info@moon-shine.co.uk and we will do our best to track it down.

Q: Do you deliver on weekends?

A: Our couriers do deliver on the weekends.
